Shipping/Returns/Tracking your Order
Once you have placed an order with us, please allow for a processing period of 2-3 days. Our warehouse team requires this time to carefully fulfill your order to our high standards. Please note that the total processing and shipping time may take up to 7-10 days.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email address you provided during checkout. We utilize USPS priority shipping for all orders, ensuring timely and reliable delivery.
NOTE: we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages, it is your responsible to indicate how you will like your package to be delivered for instance, SIGNATURE RELEASE, LEAVE AT THE FRONT DOOR, MAIL BOX, LEASING OFFICE OR SECURITY GUARD. Indicate at checkout there will be a fee of $2.50 for signature release.
How do I change, return or cancel my order?
We value the importance of your order and strive to fulfill it promptly. However, please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations. We kindly request that you carefully review your selected product before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchange. All sales are final.
