Shipping policy

once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 days is needed to complete processing your order so a total of 7-10 days for our warehouse to complete processing your order. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships via the email you provided at checkout. We use USPS priority for shipping. 

NOTE: we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages, it is your responsibility to indicate how you will like your package to be delivered, for instance, SIGNATURE RELEASE, LEAVE AT THE FRONT DOOR, MAILBOX, LEASING OFFICE OR SECURITY GUARD. Indicate at checkout there will be a fee of  $2.50 for signature release.
